Saturn In Transit: A Creative Embodiment Intensive

Prepare for a beautiful series of practices to engage your creativity and unleash your deepest self-healing.  There will be breathwork, guided contact improv, yoga, and more!  

Please bring a yoga mat, water, journal and pen, lunch and snacks.  We will move through a series of embodiment practices, journal prompts, community discussion and optional Tarot pull.  Please arrive a few minutes before the event so we can all begin on time and allow the container to support each other throughout without disruption.  This will be a consent forward space, there will always be the option to leave without question.  And we also encourage all participants to stay and engage with the practices and community throughout our time.
