Our classes are always bring your own mat. Â Please bring anything you need to be comfortable. Â Class will be beginner friendly with options to modify. Â You can always join us and sit in meditation! Â Â We are happy to have all yogis and nudies beginners included. Â Please be respectful. Â
Doors WILL BE LOCKED at 4pm when class begins and we disrobe. Â This is for everyone's privacy and security. Â Please arrive early to find parking and join us on time. Â
