About the event
Come unwind and shake out in a prompted movement experience.
We begin with an opening circle, no late entries.
We'll start gently with an invitation to move into intensity later. Various prompts throughout to lightly guide your somatic experience. We close with a cool-down and guided meditation.
All abilities welcome and encouraged to participate and take care of your body and soul <3
As always, appropriate nudist etiquette required. Please read the ethics page on the site. Purchase of ticket implies you have read and agree to these protocols.
Bring water, yoga mat if you'd like to sit down. We may have a few minutes to jump in the pool at the end so a towel if desired.
