Clothing Optional Embodiment Festival

Come participate in a series of embodiment practices with clothing optional participation!  

We will open with partner yoga, co-taught by our guest teacher Scott, and Blaize.  You must bring your own partner for this practice.  

Next, DJ and healer @Superbloom will guide us through a breathwork journey with his own curated sounds to open our minds and move energy through our bodies.  

Last we will have a somatic movement practice that ends with guided meditation, facilitated by Blaize with music by Superbloom.  

We will be in our beautiful, scenic, private outdoor space in Altadena with mature trees, landscaping and a pool.  You may participate in each activity and take breaks whenever you need.  

We will start with community check-in before partner yoga, and then check in again before Breathwork.  

You may arrive after partner yoga at 1pm if you do not plan to practice yoga.  

Please do not arrive later than 1pm as we will have everyone checked in by then.  

We have a sliding scale for ticket options.  Please select the price that fits your budget!   Please reach out if you would like to volunteer for the event for a further discounted ticket.  I will have 2 positions to fill.
