THE WEEPING WILLOW WELLNESS STORY
The tree that is flexible will bend in the storm but will not break.
More pleasure. More connection. More radical ALIVENESS. We're here for MORE.

Weeping Willow Wellness was created by founder, Blaize Hall, as a space to help people experience more pleasure, deepen their capacity for intimacy, and get more out of the wildly multifaceted experience of being alive.
Because life isn't just something you think your way through. It's something you feel, sense, taste, touch, move through, and experience in your body.
And yet, so much of us have learned to live from the neck up. We analyze our feelings instead of feeling them. We know what we should say but can't get the words out when it matters. We want deeper connection but hide the parts of ourselves we're afraid won't be accepted. We repeat the same relationship patterns, struggle to change old habits, or quietly settle for less pleasure, honesty, and aliveness than we actually want.

What if you could get out of your own way and experience more of the life you're here to live?
That's the heart of Weeping Willow Wellness.

Through somatic education, personalized 1:1 support, group education and community work, belief rewires, Reiki healing, Reiki-informed bodywork, neurosomatic nervous-system drills, breathwork, clothing-optional embodiment practices, nude yoga, spiritual practices, and more, we explore what happens when you bring your attention back to the wisdom of your body.

These approaches may look different on the surface, but they share a common thread: they help you build a more connected relationship with yourself, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and create new possibilities for how you experience your life and relate to others.
Whether you're exploring your desires, navigating a complicated relationship, learning to communicate more honestly, working with old emotional patterns, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your own skin, there's room to get curious here.

Meet Blaize Hall
I'm a neurosomatic intimacy coach, and multi-disciplinary artist with a lifelong fascination with what helps human beings heal, grow, connect, and become more fully themselves - TOGETHER.
My own healing journey began decades ago, with a focus on communication, trauma resilience, movement and vocal training, and bodywork. Since then, I studied and practiced a wide range of approaches to personal growth and embodied healing, including somatic trauma therapy, somatic cognitive behavioral therapy, NeuroSomatic Intelligence, Nonviolent Communication, yoga, holotropic breathwork, EFT, naturism and nudity, Reiki, trigger point massage, fascial release, Internal Family Systems parts work, Erotic Educator Training, kink as healing, lunar cycle practices, ancestral lineage healing, Body Temple Dance, tantra and more!
I also served as a certified crisis counselor for the 988 suicide and crisis lines.

Over time, these experiences have shaped the work I offer today: helping people understand themselves and their core desires more deeply, build skills for navigating difficult emotions and conversations, and bring what they learn
into the relationships and experiences that matter to them.
I'm equally interested in the science of how we change
and the beautifully messy reality of being human.

With me, you can get nerdy about your nervous system, explore the beliefs and protective patterns shaping your choices, and practice communication skills you can use in real life. You can also laugh at the absurdity of being a human with a body, a history, a bunch of feelings, and other humans to figure out how to live alongside.

You don't have to arrive with the right vocabulary or a perfectly articulated healing goal. You can bring the thing you've been afraid to say out loud, the pattern you can't seem to change, the desire you're still figuring out, or the seemingly small problem that somehow keeps taking up an enormous amount of space in your life.

Start with what's actually happening for you—and explore what might become possible from there. And the really great thing is, you don't have to spend over a decade stumbling through all the above trainings to get to the heart of what really works. I did that part for you. ;)

The Whole Body Communicator Method™
All of these experiences and approaches come together in The Whole Body Communicator Method™, the framework I created to help people connect what's happening inside them with how they communicate, relate, and move through the world.
Because knowing what you want and being able to ask for it are two different things.
Understanding why you react a certain way and having more choice in the moment
are two different things.
Wanting deeper intimacy or different sex and feeling safe enough to let yourself be seen
are two different things.
Our work brings together body-based practices, nervous-system education, parts work, belief rewiring, and practical communication systems to help bridge those gaps.

The goal isn't to turn you into a perfectly regulated person who never gets triggered, never feels awkward, and always knows the right thing to say. (Honestly, what a boring way to be human.)
It's to help you build more awareness, flexibility, and choice—so you can respond to life's challenges with greater intention, communicate with more clarity, and explore more of
what makes life meaningful to you.

Through 1:1 somatic integration sessions, coaching, and embodiment practices, we work with the whole picture: your body, your inner world, your relationships, and the life you want to create.

Why Clothing Optional Practices?
The naturist community might have saved my life. When I found nudist practices, I was in a toxic cycle of relating to my body. I was moving through an unplanned pregnancy alone and combatting self-destructive behaviors. Showing up in spaces with other people choosing to be naked with so much respect, reverence, safety, and yet also silliness and release of inhibition was where my most radical nervous system healing really began. It gave me an entirely new way of relating to nudity, body celebration, and yes, eventually to sex! I know the power of these practices so it is my commitment to continue offering them in a world that mostly doesn't get it. Join us and see if you get it once you try it!

Why Weeping Willow?
It's not just my first stripper name (IYKYK). The willow tree is a symbol of flexibility, resilience, and the ability to bend without breaking.
Willows move with the wind. They adapt to changing conditions, yielding to forces that might snap something more rigid. Their branches remind us that strength doesn't always look like holding perfectly still or refusing to be moved.
Humans, too, are shaped by the forces of life. We experience change, loss, uncertainty, conflict, and circumstances we never would have chosen. We develop ways to protect ourselves and keep going—but sometimes those same strategies that once helped us survive can make it harder to grow, connect, or feel fully alive.
Resilience isn't about becoming so strong that nothing affects you. It's about developing the flexibility to meet what life brings without losing your connection to yourself.
That's the spirit behind Weeping Willow Wellness: cultivating the capacity to bend, adapt, recover, and keep growing through the tough conditions life sometimes throws our way.
I'm passionate about sharing the practices and pathways that have helped me and others explore healing, greater self-understanding, and more connected ways of living.
Whether you're here for deeper intimacy, embodied exploration, nervous-system skills, personal growth, or simply a little more room to be yourself, I'm glad you found your way here.
You don't have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be curious about what else might be possible.
Let's find out together.
In love and healing,
Blaize
