Outdoor Altadena Clothing Optional Yoga

This is a CLOTHING OPTIONAL class, for all bodies, all genders, all people!   As always, please practice respectful nudist etiquette! 

 Bring your own mat.  

Registration and cancellation options close 24 hours before the event.

You may undress to whatever your comfort level is on the day of the class.  This class is always a choiceful experience, designed and intended for you to have agency of your own experience.  The class will have a moderate amount of movement.  You may ALWAYS choose to sit in meditation, lie down, rest, as well as move at a faster pace, add in variations.  Please honor your body’s needs and your own intentions while maintaining a boundaried and respectful environment for our community.  My aim is that we all find our deepest and truest form of healing each time we meet and share energy.

We will be in a beautiful, private, OUTDOOR space so please bring whatever you need to be comfortable (sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, etc).   

Refunds are only available on a case by case basis.  This class will not be cancelled for weather unless it is unsafe to practice (pouring rain, thunder and lightning, etc).
