About the event
Our classes are always bring your own mat. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable. Class will be beginner friendly with options to modify. You can always join us and sit in meditation! We are happy to have all yogis and nudies beginners included. Please be respectful.
Doors WILL BE LOCKED at 4pm when class begins and we disrobe. This is for everyone's privacy and security. Please arrive early to find parking and join us on time.
