Our classes are always bring your own mat. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable. Class will be beginner friendly with options to modify. You can always join us and sit in meditation! We are happy to have all yogis and nudies beginners included. Please be respectful.
Be sure to arrive on time (with time to park!) as the doors will be locked when class begins.
