Our classes are always bring your own mat. Â Please bring anything you need to be comfortable. Â Class will be beginner friendly with options to modify. Â You can always join us and sit in meditation! Â Â We are happy to have all yogis and nudies beginners included. Â Please be respectful. Â
The door to class will be locked at the start time for privacy for both us and anyone not involved with the clothing optional practice, so please arrive with enough time to park and get settled. Â
