I love these sessions, they are so freeing! There's no judgment from anyone; I even resist the temptation to judge myself because Blaize is so positive and encouraging. I've done the nude yoga class several times over the past three+ years and recommend it for anyone with a sense of advanture or anyone looking to expand their comfort zone in a safe place. Even if you're not ready for nude yoga, you'll get a serious but refreshing workout doing yoga with Blaize.
