Join us at a spacious movement studio (with a padded floor!) in Playa Vista, Los Angeles for this hour-long movement workshop. The address will be disclosed after you purchase your ticket.
Have you been craving a space to experience deep liberation? Do you want to start the New Year letting it all hang out (literally)? This class borrows methodologies from somatic experiencing, Body Temple Dance by Adriana Rizzolo, ecstatic dance, polyvagal theory and more.
Come as you are. You will be guided through a meditative phase, gentle unwinding, somatic shaking and bouncing, wild ecstatic expression and surrender to stillness and rest. This class can take many shapes depending on who is in attendance. Come with the commitment to honor your own experience and hold space for others to do the same.
